NRG is currently recruiting for a Business Support Team Leader to join our client who operates in the Financial Services sector based in Newcastle City Centre.
The role will involve managing and developing the performance of an administration team, ensuring all work is completed within company SLA’s and adheres to FCA regulatory requirements.
To be considered for the role you must have:-
Recent and considerable experience in a management role.
The ability to encourage an environment of staff development and continuous learning
Excellent delegation, organisational and planning skills
Adhere to FCA regulatory requirements
Responsibility for the daily management and organisation of the departments workload ensuring quality and productivity targets are met
A high level of coaching skills
