DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Digital Media Manager role reports to the Head of Acquisition Marketing. They will be responsible for driving the digital media and evolving the programmatic approach. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the possibilities of using data lakes/CDPs to integrate into activity.

Digital media plays a large role across the team’s activities to increase brand proposition awareness, drive users into the website & create efficiencies to drive booking conversion.

 

Role description:

  • Responsible for driving direct traffic & conversion activity across languages and locations through data driven digital media

  • Responsible for driving efficiencies within dynamic data driven retargeting activities across multiple locations and languages

  • Responsible for the management and optimisation of dynamic content feeds for use across the full digital media mix

  • Responsible for digital media annual strategic plans, including test, learn & refine opportunities

  • Responsible for data driven digital media activities across the full customer journey to aid drive new users to the website & aid conversion

  • Responsible for identifying industry innovations & developments and seizing opportunities to grow the commercial performance from digital media activities

  • Implementing, managing & optimizing standardised digital media reporting to create analysis of activity performance, including competitor insights

  • Ensure campaigns and projects across marketing are fully supported

  • Collaborate across other business & marketing functions to ensure Acquisition activity is integrated to develop growth for all

Profile: Skills, experience, education

  • Skilled marketing professional with 3+ years’ experience in paid media and/or data driven strategies to drive conversion

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Have clear attention to detail

  • Analytical outlook and ability

  • Understanding of data driven reporting systems & tools, such as Google Analytics & Doubleclick

  • Knowledge and understanding of travel and digital marketing industries is desirable

  • Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional qualification is desirable

  • New user volumes & revenue across the website

  • Digital media influence on conversion
