Purpose of the role:
The role will be to support the Head of Conversion Marketing in the delivery of the digital projects across all channels.
Define, test and optimise online user experience and customer journeys in order to increase conversion rates.
Analyse website performance, user behaviour and marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain onsite content, landing- and exit pages for daily business and long-term projects.
Continuously improve SEO and onsite search
Support development of strategy and planning for content, seo, cro and personalisation to inspire and convert potential customers through conversion marketing initiatives.
Work in collaboration with wider marketing team to lead on cross functional projects such as personalisation, app and content optimisation
Responsible for collaborating on workload of conversion specialists
Remain up to date with the latest tools and best practices in online conversion industry and present these on a regular basis
Support wider marketing team and provide local marketing support where necessary for the marketing functional heads including local team leadership and HR and recruitment activity.
Provide leadership if relevant to the cross functional team based in relevant location

Skilled digital marketing professional with minimum of 3 years’ experience in web/cms management, onsite seo, cro activity and understanding of personalization.
Experience of multiple language digital marketing activity across websites
Knowledge and understanding of travel and digital marketing industries
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills
Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional marketing qualification desirable
