Cleaning Team Leader

NRG are recruiting for a Train Presentation Leader for a leading railway service.

Duties will include:

• To lead a small team, supervising the work delivery and allocating shift tasks to the Train Presentation Operatives following completion of a pre-inspection of work.

• To undertake all train presentation work as required to the company standard subject to competence

• To undertake all light maintenance tasks on train units; tasks within scope include,tanking; sanding; CET; replacement of seat covers; replacement and removal of stickers;, although this list is not exhaustive

• Work to the instructions of the Train Presentation Supervisor or Manager

• Report to the Train Presentation Supervisor to determine the workload priorities,ensure that the work is progressed and advise of any difficulties encountered

• Ensure staff mess-rooms, toilets, showers, locker rooms and corridors are cleaned and retained to standards as laid down

• Confirm all work carried out is recorded using the prescribed reporting method,showing any work not completed with reasons where necessary
