NRG are currently working with global automotive company based in Sunderland who is actively looking for IT Support to join on a 6 month contract with the likelihood to get extended up to 12 months.
As an IT Support Analyst you will be providing technical support to customers and internal staff via telephone, email and remote support applications. You will maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to IT support policy and procedure.
Relevant 1st & 2nd Line Helpdesk support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop technologies (Windows 7/10)
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Basic Understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration
Excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills
Exposure to Cisco network infrastructure
Exposure to Citrix virtual desktop environment
Provide basic network support under the direction of the Operation team
Self-driven and highly motivated
A good technical understanding within a business environment
