NRG is delighted to be working with a leading digital agency that is recruiting a high performance role that will lead the agency to deliver a consistently outstanding experience to each of their growing portfolio of clients.

As the Head of Client Services, you will be accountable for four key areas:

  1. Leadership of their Client Services department

  2. Ownership and execution of Agency Client Services strategy and plan

  3. Ownership of key client relationships & support

  4. High performance delivery through colleagues/team

This role is critical in accelerating the Agency performance across operating territories. It’s a strategic role for the business to firmly support their clear time-bound strategy to substantially increase financial performance whilst also positioning the business to be the most successful operator in the UK and international.

Reporting directly into the CEO and having a team of senior direct reports assigned to this role, you will be responsible for three main areas including:

  • Building and maintaining high quality relationships with relevant senior people at key clients across the UK

  • Leading the Client Services Division by working with the CEO to set and deliver relevant and ambitious objectives for Client Services team aligned with Agency strategy

  • Providing the team with the appropriate day to day support to enable them to perform to a high standard and achieve personal objectives

  • Delivering commercial growth through increasing Agency revenues from Clients by directly selling additional services and increasing scope of work with Clients

  • Pro-actively leading the division to achieve agreed revenue targets

  • Propose budget needs for the division and be responsible for expenditure and return on investment

  • An ability to see the bigger picture whilst being obsessed with the commercial metrics in the team

  • A creative thinker who is comfortable with the level of detail

  • Impeccable communication skills, both internally across all levels within the agency and external

  • Good levels of emotional intelligence

  • Experience in a senior Client Relationship/Services position
