Paid Media Executive

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 DOE

An opportunity for a Paid Media Executive to join a national retail company who are rapidly growing and making investments in their online presence. Reporting to the Senior Content Executive, you will be accountable for driving their paid social marketing, as well as researching new digital platforms to showcase their product portfolio via paid media.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced and passionate about digital marketing and social media, ideally with a background in Paid Media and having an analytical mind set.

Key responsibilities:

Management:

  • Create and manage paid Social media advertising campaigns

  • CRO testing of Social marketing campaigns

 

Content Creation:

  • Create and manage paid Social media advertising campaigns

  • Content Creation: Social Marketing assets if required

  • Manage and deploy agency created assets

 

Strategy:

  • Identify new platforms and emerging trends

  • Identify key social media influences

  • Manage and grow our online social media presence

  • Develop our existing social media strategy to increase engagement

 

Research:

  • Creating PowerPoint slides for reporting and internal education purposes

  • Gather insights from our social communities

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • CRO testing of Social marketing campaigns

  • Ability to focus and deliver on Key KPI’s

  • New platform reporting and testing

  • Drive traffic that generates ROI

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Expertise and passionate about social media marketing

  • Experience working on digital marketing campaigns, preferably managing PPC

  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving and exceeding targets and objectives

  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role

  • Excellent ability to create, run and measure Social Media Marketing campaigns

  • Experience of using Photoshop

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to communicate with third party suppliers and stakeholders

  • A self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to put in the time to ensure projects exceed expectations

  • An outgoing personality, who is a great team member, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
