NRG is currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join our growing manufacturing client based just outside of Newcastle City Centre in a newly created position.

Duties of the role include:-
Coordinating the whole customer service process from initial order through to delivery regarding existing clients
Managing a small and experienced customer service team
Interface between all functions within the organisation involved in the order fulfilment and sales/operations planning
Ensure order accuracy, on-time processing and compliance with business practices
Managing budgets and developing departmental goals to support the overall business plan
To be considered you must:-
Have previous experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment
Have excellent communication skills including building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience using ERP systems preferably SAP would be advantageous
Have line management experience with the ability to motivate a team
