Providing a 24 hour state-of-the-art facilities service to its students and homes for over 1000 people the Facilities Department employs some 160 staff. With the first London university campus to be built in the last 50 years, the department has operational responsibility for a diverse property portfolio and a comprehensive range of hard and soft services that includes capital projects, estates, catering, residences, conferences and campus facilities.
This represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities professional seeking the challenge of shaping and developing a fully integrated facilities strategy for one of London's fastest developing universities. To meet this challenge you must be professionally qualified and have at least five year's senior management experience of delivering high quality facilities and estates services to large and complex organisations.
With the vision and leadership abilities to make things happen, as a member of the Corporate Management Team you will also be expected to contribute to the strategic objectives of UEL at the highest level.
