Outbound Sales Consultant - Newcastle
Salary (£): 7.00 Per Hour
Our award winning client are currently enjoying a period of rapid expansion in the UK bringing hundreds of jobs to Newcastle City Centre.
They have experienced significant growth and have a reputation for being a dynamic and innovative employer. My client also works with a wide range of global organisations which results in fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Because of their growth we are looking to recruit a number of dynamic individuals who will hit the ground running and provide outstanding customer service and generate business leads.
Main duties will be calling businesses to collect information. Using this information you will call the decision makers and identify their business needs and buying patterns. This information will then be passed to the business marketing team who will close the sale.
All candidates must be confident on the telephone, be able to handle objectives and ask open questions to explore their business needs.
All applicants must have outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
1 week of training is provided with a pay rate of £5.80ph
After graduating from training the pay rate will increase to £7.00ph
Staff incentives and bonuses apply
During training, hours of work will be 9.00am - 5.00pm
On completion of training, shifts are Monday - Friday 09.00am -6.00pm, based on a 37.5hr week.
This role is initially temporary with a permanent offer at the end of 8 weeks

Customer Service - Newcastle

We are looking for a number of individuals to start work throughout October and November. Full training will be given. However, successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role within a Contact Centre and be fully computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Duties will include dealing with all customer enquires, supporting the process for customer complaints, cross selling, resolving and rectifying any issues, logging and tracking and be responsible for the problem management of faults experienced by customers.
Hours of work are between 08.30am and 10.30pm Monday – Sunday
All positions are temporary to permanent.
Rate of pay after 2 weeks of training is £6.50phr

Inbound Sales Advisor - Newcastle
Salary (£): 6.50 Per Hour
We are looking for a number of individuals to bring energy and a creative flair to the work place. All potential candidates must have excellent communication skills a can do attitude and be resilient.
To perform effectively in this role, you will need to be a pro-active individual with drive, enthusiasm and committed to team building and developing and maintaining quality standards.
The right candidates must have proven sales experience in a contact centre environment, be target driven, have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to deliver first class customer services. All candidates must be confident in retaining customers, promoting packages and up selling.
All candidates must have excellent PC skills
Work patterns will be based on a 37.5hr week
Monday – Sunday 09.30am – 10.30pm
Training will be 6-12 days 09.00-5.00 - pay rate during £5.80per hour
Rate of pay will be £6.50 per hour once training complete, with the potential to earn £7.00phr

Broadband Consultant - Newcastle

We are looking to recruit a number of dynamic individuals who will hit the ground running and provide outstanding customer service working on an exciting broadband campaign within the contact centre.
Main duties will be taking incoming calls from customers who require technical support. You will also be responsible for providing trouble-shooting solutions.
All candidates must have a strong technical awareness and have the ability to identify problems and provide solutions.
All applicants must be customer focused with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
3 weeks of training is provided, with a pay rate of £5.80ph
After graduating from training the pay rate will increase to £6.50ph

On completion of training,
