^ Customer Services Adviser - Inbound - Full Time
As a Customer Services Adviser you will spend the majority of your time talking to npower customers about their energy accounts. This could include dealing with billing enquiries, giving customers advice regarding payment plans, direct debits, energy efficiency and lots more. You will be expected to promote the cost savings and benefits of npower products and services helping our customers save money and energy. You're required to reach a sales target for cross selling and up selling npower products and services with a reward of commission in addition to your salary. This can be achieved if a customer decides to take both gas and electricity with npower and pay by monthly direct debit. Whilst working for npower on a temporary contract you will not be eligible for payment of commission however upon successfully being transferred onto a permanent contract you will receive all commission back dated from your start date as a temporary agent in your first monthly pay as a permanent adviser. This can be achieved if a customer decides to take both gas and electricity with npower and pay by monthly direct debit.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a desire to help people. Working as part of a team of approximately 12 advisers you will be supported by a Team Manager and regularly attend team meetings, buzz sessions and coaching sessions.

£6.90 per hour

Thornaby, Peterlee (initially Peterlee then moving to Rainton Bridge)
Is this job permanent?:
No. This role is temporary. However, if you are successful during your temporary assignment and your conduct, behaviour and attendance meet npower's required standards, there may be the possibility that the position becomes permanent.
Working hours:
37 hours per week between Tuesday to Saturday.

^ Checkline Adviser - Full Time
Providing effective customer service, gathering information on meter readings, card payments, in an effective, efficient and courteous manner. Provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services within a contact centre environment.
Providing excellent customer service to electricity and gas customers capturing and recording customer meter reading information in a courteous, effective and timely manner to ensure first contact resolution.
Accurately gather information to effectively process card payments for customer energy accounts.
Promoting the products and services of npower when applicable.
To achieve key performance indicator targets to meet business goals and objectives.

£6.14 per hour
Location:
Thornaby

No. This role is on-going temporary.
Working hours:
Full time: 9am-5pm, 5 days per week, including every Saturday.
