So, who is npower? npower is the retail business of RWE npower and is one of the largest suppliers of electricity and gas in the UK combining a solid heritage with the local expertise of Regional Energy Suppliers. We supply over 6.6 million UK homes and businesses with energy. Our operations include hydroelectric power stations and a large portfolio of onshore wind farms. We also developed the UK's first major offshore wind farm, North Hoyle, off the North Wales coast, which commenced operation in 2003.

North East Locations

There are five npower customer services centres across the North East in three locations; Team Valley, Thornaby and three sites at Peterlee. We have also recently acquired a new site that will be based at Rainton Bridge near to Sunderland and this site will be open from Spring 2010.
