November’s OD Exchange

This event is now sold out.

Calling all North East based OD Practitioners and those interested in OD….Join us for November’s ODX meeting at Newcastle Falcons, Kingston Park…We anticipate high levels of demand for this event and recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

Following on from our last ODX session when Grant Henderson brought talent management and succession planning to life, we concluded that talent is about the person, not the role.  We are delighted to announce our guest speaker for November as Anne-Marie Lister, Head of People Experience at Atom Bank who will share her journey ‘Round pegs for round holes and square pegs for square holes – Building a unique organisation with unique people’.

Anne-Marie Lister is a creative and solutions focused Organisation Development, Organisation Design, L&D and employee engagement practitioner with experience of designing, delivering and evaluating OD interventions in Europe and Americas, MENASA, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia Pacific regions.    Her latest venture has involved returning to her native north east of England to help build and establish the UK’s first digital only bank.

Anne-Marie will lead us through an interactive key note and workshop demonstrating how she has developed a capabilty framework underpinned with Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligence.
