NE Contact Centre Awards 2016 – Winners Announced

Over 300 professionals from the region’s contact centre sector came together on Friday night for a ‘Narnia’ themed gala dinner at Ramside Hall, Durham to recognise the talent and achievements of the hidden stars behind some of the UK’s largest brand names.

The judges were overwhelmed by the thought and creativity that went in to some of the submissions in a hard fought competition.  The winners are revealed as follows:
