NRG is proud to work in partnership with the Call Centre Management Association, CCMA to bring to you the Learning & Development Hub.
The Hub aims to encourage networking and the sharing of best practice ideas between L&D Practitioners and Training Managers from the contact centre community in the North East. Ann-Marie Stagg will join us as facilitator of the session.
The Learning & Development Forum will take place on Tuesday 19th January 2016 and is hosted by Future Energy, 30-32 Invincible Drive, Armstrong Industrial Park, Newcastle upon-Tyne, NE4 7HX.

Facilitator: Ann-Marie Stagg, Chief Executive of the Call Centre Management Association in the UK and President of the European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations (ECCCO). She is also a UK Ambassador for the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
