NRG is proud to work in partnership with the Call Centre Management Association, CCMA to bring to you the Learning & Development Hub.
The Hub aims to encourage networking and the sharing of best practice ideas between L&D Practitioners and Training Managers from in the North East’s vibrant contact centre community.
The next L&D Hub will take place on Tuesday 5th July 2016 hosted by Barclaycard’s Centre of Excellence in Stockton on Tees. In addition to hearing about the coaching initiatives that Barclaycard’s L&D team have implemented throughout the UK we are also delighted to announce that we will be joined by the Inky Thinking team for a mini InkyJam™ session.
