This is the longest established awards event for contact centre representatives in the UK and is well respected across the industry.

Leanne Chambers, Head of Resource Solution, NRG presented the Learning and Development Champion Award to Martyn Bullard at Sage plc and comments, “The UK Contact Centre Awards acknowledge the incredibly talented people working within the Contact Centre industry.
