Call VIP March – registration open

NRG’s contact centre event, Call VIP will take place on Thursday 30th April  at The AA offices in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Run in conjunction with The AA this seminar will examine recent cultural changes to the industry.

Phil Andrew, Head of Customer Experience, at The AA will provide the review covering the ‘Disengaged, Disinterested and the Detractors’.

Accompanying Phil is Judith Hogan, Head of UK Business Development, Plantronics whose seminar will examine ‘Smarter Customer Interactions’.
