Having already recruited the Chief Executive and Director of Resources, NRG were invited back to recruit the rest of the Executive Team for this aspirational ALMO.

The recruitment campaign relied heavily on targeted search within social housing for the former and beyond social housing for the latter, as well as advertisements in the national media signposting a bespoke campaign website.

Having identified two long-lists with the client, NRG carried out both criteria and competency based long-list interviews, before recommending final shortlists to undergo selection through a Panel comprising the CEO and Board Members.
