Based at Doxford Park, our Sunderland Contact Centre has a brand new restaurant, a coffee shop and an on-site subsidised gym. We also have an active Sports and Social Committee.

The Sunderland Contact Centre is based on Doxford International Business Park, which is adjacent to the A19 and A690. Doxford International is accessible by all major road networks and by local buses from Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle.

The Contact Centre is located on Admiral Way. There are two main buildings that provide an excellent working environment. There is visitor parking available on site however you should report to the main reception in Tyne House to be advised where to park:

Our Liverpool Contact Centre is based at the Wavertree Technology Park which is adjacent to the A508. The site is accessible by all major road networks and by local buses. Liverpool Lime Street BR is also only 3 miles away from the park:
