Identification Required
It is essential that you bring the required identification documents to the assessment centre in order that we may progress your application fully. NO successful candidate can be progressed to offer of appointment without the necessary documents. Essentially you need to bring to assessment your passport as proof of identity, alternatively you may bring your full long birth certificate with your national insurance number shown on a document. Two proofs of residence such as your driving licence, bank statements or utility bills showing your address and dated within the last three months are also needed. See below for full list of acceptable documents.
NOTE: If you have changed your name, or if there is a discrepancy between any of the names given on the documents, you will also need to provide legal proof of the change; for example: marriage certificate, divorce document, birth certificate, adoption certificate, deed poll or statutory declaration.
Candidate ID Verification Checklist
1. Legal right to Work
- UK Passport
- EU Passport
For international Candidates
Passport and Visa must be included OR Long Form birth Certificate is acceptable with National Insurance Card, P60 or P45
2. Two Proofs of Residency
The address on both documents must match.
Acceptable Documents:
- Utility Bill (No older than 3 months, excluding mobile phone bills)
- Council Tax bill for current year
- Photo card driving license or counterpart driving license
- Government Benefit entitlement letters or benefit book
- National Insurance card alongside Inland Revenue letter
- Bank Statement (No older than 3 months)
- Credit Card Statement only when card type is stated on statement (credit card must not be photocopied and statement no older than 3 months)
- TV license renewal
