Identification Required
It is important that you remember to bring along the correct identification to assessment with you. Your application cannot progress without the relevant identification.
What we need?
- A full UK passport and proof of your National Insurance Number (this can be in the form of a payslip, P45 or NI card).
You will also need to bring along 4 passport photos.
If you cannot provide the identification described above, please contact our Recruitment Team on 0845 362 8582 for more information.
NOTE: If you have changed your name, or if there is a discrepancy between any of the names given on the documents, you will also need to provide legal proof of the change; for example: marriage certificate, divorce document, birth certificate, adoption certificate, deed poll or statutory declaration.
